A head-to-head battle between two teams using Pocheon tomatoes
This video captures the process of Kyonggi University culinary students and the Seasonal Chef group collaborating to present dishes for the residents of Jangdokdae Village in Pocheon. The Kyonggi University culinary students act as main chefs, while the Seasonal Chef group participates as assistant chefs, given the mission to complete 12 servings of dishes within a 60-minute time limit.

The battle was conducted by dividing into two teams. The 'Sworn Brothers X Robot President Team' prepared a 'Tomato Geek' menu that combines bulgogi with tomatoes. They revealed their plan to create flavor by adding tomatoes to the bulgogi, which is preferred by the elderly. On the other hand, the 'Michelin Bbbu X Cute Vice President Team' chose 'Tomato Makguksu (Tomato Yahoo)' as their menu, utilizing tomato makguksu seasoning and garnishes to emphasize the refreshing and sweet charm of the tomato.
The difficulties of mass cooking and support from the chef group
The cast in the video revealed the difficulties arising from the process of mass cooking, where 12 servings must be made simultaneously. The students, acting as main chefs, continued the busy cooking process, including tomato marinating, vegetable preparation, and seasoning production. In this process, the Seasonal Chef group, acting as assistant chefs, provided technical support to increase the quality of the dishes.

The Seasonal Chef group uses their respective special skills to help the students' cooking. Chef Dae-hyeon's pork tenderloin boiled meat, Chef Hui-eun's fine dining style oriental melon pickles and tomato roses, writer Poong's scorched rice topping, and Chef Ho-yeong's bulgogi seasoning were utilized. In particular, the video shows the chefs' know-how being added, such as using 5-year aged soy sauce to add deep flavor to the seasoning.
During the cooking process, the cast also shared information regarding the procurement of ingredients by having conversations about Hanaro Mart's delivery service and the use of points.
